Beginning as an Assistant Manager in Business Development for the International Market, she swiftly climbed the ranks, showcasing her leadership skills and commitment to excellence. Zinnia brought her managerial experience to Coach Retail Stores and Fossil Inc. where she excelled as a Manager, overseeing operations, driving sales, and fostering a culture of success.

However, Zinnia's journey took a significant turn when she made the deeply personal decision to prioritize her family. With unwavering love and dedication, she stepped away from her flourishing career to care for her son, who has Autism.

In her new role as an Operations Assistant, Zinnia brings her wealth of experience and determination to excel once again. Her proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese will be a valuable asset to our staff and families, facilitating communication and fostering connections across diverse communities. Her main focus remains on providing the highest level of support in her professional endeavors while continuing to be a devoted advocate for her son and others in similar circumstances.
