Other Ways of Giving
As an organization that relies on private funding to support our programs, your donation builds the foundation for our families’ future success. We translate your generosity directly into case management, educational subsidies, clothing and food, rent and childcare. As a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, your gift is fully tax-deductible as allowed by law. In addition to making an online donation, here are other ways you can support families in need in our community:
Donate your car!
Family Promise Metrowest has partnered with Second Chance Cars to help coordinate car donations and then provide cars to families in our programs. SCC partners with others to award cars to hardworking veterans, returning citizens, and single parents, empowering them with reliable transportation to build brighter futures. It is a great partnership, with SCC focusing on what they do best, while FPM can focus on what we do best.

To donate supplies to our families or Day Center, please review our current needs:
Qualified Charitable Distributions
QCDs allow traditional IRA owners over 70.5 years of age to exclude some or all of their required minimum distribution (RMD) from their adjusted gross income and reduce their taxes if they transfer an amount to a qualified charitable organization. For more information about this option, please speak with your financial advisor.
Planned Giving

Stock Donations
Donating appreciated stock can provide you with significant tax benefits while supporting our mission. To transfer stock to Family Promise Metrowest, please contact our Director of Communications and Development, Danielle Conti at danielle@familypromisemetrowest.org.
Matching Gifts
Many employers offer programs that double or even triple their employees’ contributions to charitable organizations.
