To transform the lives of families with children who are homeless by mobilizing a diverse community to provide shelter, education and comprehensive support.
With your generosity, we can change lives one family at a time.
Our New Day Center will be "A Place to Call Home"
We are thrilled to announce the purchase of a new day center for our families, staff, and network! The new building, located at 6 Mulligan Street in Natick, will allow families the privacy and dignity they deserve while giving staff necessary space to work. A bigger facility will also enable our volunteers to share their skills with our families and the organization more effectively. Additionally, a large conference room will encourage deeper collaborations with other organizations that serve families, enabling us to further expand our services.
Please join us as Family Promise Metrowest launches its "A Place to Call Home" capital campaign to raise $1.2 million for our new home. To support our efforts, make a pledge or contact one of the following campaign committee members to receive more information:
9th Annual Walk to End Homelessness on April 7, 2018
This will be our 9th Annual Walk to End Homelessness . Each year members from our congregations, schools, community and businesses join us as we raise funds for our Shelter, Transitional Living and our Steps to Success Programs. This year we will also be funding a new program, Lift Up, in collaboration with City Mission. This program is an intensive, voluntary two-year homelessness prevention program for low-income single mothers and their families who are at risk of losing their housing.
The morning is filled with fun, food, music and family-friendly activities for all ages. This is the one day of the year that all of our supporters can come together to celebrate the work we are doing making a difference in the lives of the families we serve.
Come be a part of this day by registering to walk on April 7, 2018. www.walk.familypromisemetrowest.org
