Shannon O'Brien

Events Coordinator

Shannon O'Brien brings a wealth of community service and fundraising experience to her role on FPM's development team. Her career includes serving as a clinical social work and community manager at Dimock Center in Roxbury, MA. In addition to her professional background, Shannon is actively involved in organizing fundraisers and serving as Vice President on the PTO board of her children's school in Natick, where she lives.

After taking time off to care for her family, Shannon has returned to the workforce with a renewed passion for FPM's mission. She is excited to use her expertise to fundraise and plan events that raise awareness about the issue of family homelessness in the area and how together, we can support long-term solutions.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Providence College and a Master of Social Work from Boston College's Graduate School of Social Work. She enjoys being outdoors, cooking and traveling with her husband and children.
