LIFE Program Coordinator

Eliz’s background includes an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and over 15 years of experience in the social services field. With an emphasis on working with diverse populations, her employers have included the American Red Cross, Metrowest Latin America Center, Justice Resource Institute, and Metrowest Medical Center. Over the years, she has developed strengths in her ability to analyze, discuss, detect, and solve difficult social issues.

Eliz joined Family Promise Metrowest in January 2013 as a bilingual case manager for our shelter. In 2013, we began the SAIL Program and Eliz expanded her role as the case manager for this new initiative. In 2019, her role changed once again when she became the Coordinator for our LIFE program. Her compassionate yet firm approach to working with families to reach their goals empowers our guests to take responsibility for themselves and the paths they choose.
