Carole Brodrick

Director of Development

Carole began her career as an Account Manager at Xerox, solving client’s problems with document creation, copying, and productivity in the office environment. After leaving Xerox, Carole raised her three children at home while also managing marketing, e-marketing, and website development for her husband John’s company, Your Home for Life.

In 2011, Carole’s desire to use her sales and marketing skills in a meaningful way led her to Family Promise Metrowest where she has expanded the FPM network to include businesses, schools, civic organizations, and the community at large. As Carole has shared the FPM story far and wide, she has inspired others to offer their talents and gifts on her committees for our annual fundraising events. Carole’s creativity and extraordinary event-planning skills are unsurpassed; if you haven’t been to an FPM event, you need to attend simply to see Carole in action.
